Maaloul and Diang are organizing in Al-Ahly training today, in preparation for facing Esperance

Today, Thursday, the Tunisian Al-Ahly duo Ali Maaloul and Mali’s Elio Diang will be participating in the Red Giant training in Tunisia, after the team coach Pitso Mosimane gave them a negative rest from the group exercises that Al-Ahly fought yesterday in preparation for the upcoming match against Esperance of Tunisia, in the semi-finals of the African Champions League.

The duo organized in Al-Ahly camp last Tuesday, and they were supposed to participate in Wednesday's training, but the technical staff preferred to give them a break from training to avoid stress after their participation with the national teams of their countries within the international agenda.

The delegation of the first football team, headed by Captain Mahmoud Al-Khatib, president of the club, arrived in Tunisia on Tuesday evening.

Al-Ahly is preparing to play the Tunisian Esperance match, which is scheduled to be held at six in the evening next Saturday, at Hamadi Al-Aqrabi Stadium in Brads.

Al-Ahly club officials are intensifying their contacts with the security leaders, the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Football Association to persuade them to agree to the attendance of its fans in its match against Esperance on June 26, in the second leg of the semi-finals of the African Champions League, especially since the first leg in Tunisia will be held in the presence of fans of up to 5,000 fan.
