Khaled Al-Ghandour, Al-Ittihad player, undergoes facial surgery

Khaled Al-Ghandour, the Alexandrian footballer, is undergoing facial surgery in a hospital in Alexandria, to install facial strips, accompanied by Dr. Amr Al-Ashlam, the club’s medical director. Al-Ghandour needs a month and a half rest after undergoing the surgery, which was delayed more than once, due to the swelling of the player's face.

Al-Ghandour was injured in one of the joint balls in the last Ismaili match, which the master of the country won with two goals against a goal.

Khaled Al-Ghandour is considered one of the main pillars of the team, which Hossam Hassan, the technical director of the team, depends on.

For his part, Mohamed Moselhi, the club's president, made a phone call to the player before undergoing the operation to raise the player's morale. He also asked Al-Ashlam to do the necessary work to the fullest.

The team returned to daily training yesterday evening, and a large number of players are absent from the team between injury and interruption of training, so Hossam Hassan used a number of juniors to fill the deficit in the players.
